This week’s Top 2 Tuesday is favorite things about fall!
1. A Pine Creek Thanksgiving!
Every year for the past few years, my family has gathered at my great-grandparents’ old house in Super Small Town, Oklahoma, for Thanksgiving. We have so so much fun together! I’ve put together a few of the picture “outtakes” from the past couple of years.

Today’s Favorite Friday topic is favorite jewelry! Here are my favorite pieces!
These are the two pieces that I wear the most. They are both Cookie Lee, and they are amazing!
My new Anthropologie necklace!
I got this necklacke from Salt’s Etsy site! She makes the cutest jewelry! She’s also doing a necklace giveaway on her blog! Check it out!
My cousins started a charm bracelet for me when I started high school. We all started adding charms to it that have special meaning. My very first charm was a jump rope charm! My favorite piece of jewelry!

Today’s Friday Five is five things that are always in the fridge. I planned to take pictures of the things that are actually in my fridge at the moment, but NONE of the things on my list are in the fridge right now! I really really need to go grocery shopping!
1. Braum’s or Bordon 2% milk
I’m a big milk drinker, and milk is always in my fridge.
2. Yogurt
I eat yogurt for breakfast nearly every morning. Have yall tried the new Yoplait Delights? They are AMAZING! I’ve tried the chocolate raspberry, triple berry, and lemon, and they are all really really good!
3. Ranch dressing
I put ranch dressing on nearly everything. Must keep it in my fridge at all times!
4. Cheese
If I don’t put ranch dressing on it, I put cheese on it.
5. Dr. Pepper
Do I really need to explain this one? :)

My Momma played along today! Check out her list too!

It’s 90210 Day Y’all!
I’m sure most of you know that today is being called 90210 Day-September 2, 2010. I’m a nerd, and just couldn’t resist putting together a post about the show. :)
I missed out on 90210 in the first few years. I was a bit young, so I didn’t discover the show until it was nearly over.

I started watching it in reruns one summer vacation, and I was HOOKED!
It was so awesome in the beginning. I actually have the first two seasons on DVD, and will occasionally pull them out on a Saturday and watch a season. Good stuff! :)

Kelly Taylor was my favorite! I still really love Jennie Garth!

Loved these two together so much!
Thanks for the post inspiration, Neely!

Wow, it feels like I haven’t blogged in forever! Friday’s post was scheduled, so I think I actually haven’t blogged since last Wednesday. Here’s a quick recap of what I’ve been up to lately!
Friday night was my agency’s annual benefit auction. This year, the agency is celebrating its 10 years of existence. Weeks and weeks of planning went into this event, and our auction committee did an awesome job!
I was assigned to do check-in and check-out, so I only got three pictures all night!
Tracy was pretty much the only person I saw Friday night! We did check-in and check-out together, and had a pretty good time. I just love her! Now that the news is out on Facebook and on her blog, I think it’s safe to announce that Tracy is pregnant with TWINS! I’m so ridiculously excited for her and Matt.
My bestie Teddie volunteered to help, so I got to see her for just long enough to snap a picture. Love her!
A friend of my boss made this gorgeous cake for us! Everything was edible except for the moon. She hand carved the whole thing.
Saturday, I slept until about noon, trying to recover from Friday night. I spent the afternoon with Joyce, trying to find things for her classroom and to finish up my bathroom makeover project. I am lacking one small basket to finish, but I decided to post pictures now anyway!
I’ve been working slowly on this bathroom makeover since May. I’ve had the same bathroom theme since college, and definitely needed a change. Here are the before shots.
In the corner of the counter is a pink basket holding jewelry and headbands, a stand-up jewelry holder with more jewelry, and a picture of me and Jessica.
Now, the finished room!
The shower curtain has a black checkered design, but the pictures didn’t show up well.

Found these cute pictures 1/2 off at Hobby Lobby! They are hanging up next to the mirror. And, yes, I know they are crooked, but whatever!
My bedroom theme is black and white, so I loved carrying it over to the bathroom. It definitely feels like a big girl bathroom now! :)
Sunday was church, and my last bible class with my two year olds. I have enjoyed this quarter with them so much. Hopefully I’ll get to teach this group of kiddos again.
Sunday evening I snuggled with my kitty and watched the Emmys. Most of my favorites didn’t win, but I always enjoy the red carpet fashion!
Ladies I loved…
And, not so much…
Can’t forget about the boys!
Who did you love at the Emmys?
Also, I’m sure some of you have heard that Heather from Live, Love, Laugh went into preterm labor and delivered baby Brayden at 28 weeks on Friday night. Please keep this sweet little family in your prayers. She has added a Praying for Brayden button to her page, and I encourage all of you to add it to yours as well!
Hope you all have had a lovely Monday!

Hey yall! It has been SEVERAL weeks since I’ve played Friday Fives. This week is five random questions. Here ya go!
1. Something you are OCD about
Haha, there are too many to name! :)
One of the ones that I get made fun of the most about is that I have to put salt and pepper on my food in that order. Salt MUST come before pepper. Weird, I know.
2. Your favorite quote
So many to choose from here too! Sorry, can’t pick just one, but I’ll keep it short.
“God put us here on this carnival ride. We close our eyes, never knowing where it will take us next.” –Wheel of the World
“Always smile, because even in they are running you out of town, if you smile, it looks like you’re leading a parade.”
“Life should be a little nuts. Otherwise, it’s just a bunch of Thursdays strung together.” –Rumor Has It
“There isn’t a problem in the world that a piece of chocolate can’t make better.”
“It is unhealthy to eat alone.” –Under the Tuscan Sun
And the one I’m famous for…
“Put your big girl panties on and deal with it/do it/etc…”
3. What is the farthest you have been from home?
In elementary school, I was on a jump rope team. The summer before 6th grade, we competed in the national competition in Orlando, Florida.
4. Do you do a real or fake Christmas tree?
Fake tree. My whole family is allergic to the real ones.
5. First blog you ever read?
The very first one was one the wife of one of the minister’s at church. I still read it now. She doesn’t know that I read it, so I won’t name names! :)

Last Friday, I took the day off and went down to the parents house to go to the Gloriana concert with my bestie. They were playing in super small venue there, and it was a great concert! They played a few of my favorites “You Said”, “The World Is Ours Tonight”, “Lead Me On”, and their first single “Wild At Heart”. Jessica and I saw them when they opened for Taylor Swift, and they were a lot better than last time!
Jessica got to go to the meet & greet before the show, and they also did an autograph signing after the show. We both got pictures autographed! Kinda cool!
