Happy Mother’s Day to the most amazing mother in the whole world! I love you!

Hey y’all! I know it’s super late in the day to be doing this, but I really wanted to get something posted today.
I’m loving that my brother is graduating from college this weekend!
I can’t believe it’s already time for him to graduate. I’m so proud of him!
I’m loving that my Momma and Daddy will be here this weekend for graduation!
We haven’t all been together since Christmas!
I’m loving that I got to meet some awesome bloggers over the weekend!
It was a lot of fun!
I’m loving that Jessica sent my her copy of Something Blue in the mail!
Thanks so much Jessica! I can’t wait to read it!
And, I’m loving this song brand new song from Lady Antebellum!
Hope you’re all having a great week!

Hey y’all! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Dallas Blogger Meet-up was such a great time! I’m still working through all the pictures trying to organize all of them, so hopefully I can get a post together sometime tomorrow. The other reason I don’t have a post ready?
I think the little guy missed me! He keeps getting between me and my computer.
I’m off to bed now, so I’ll leave you with a couple of pictures to hold you over until the recap comes. :)
DBM girls, I’m missing y’all already! I had a fabulous time with all of you!

Hey y’all! Today is Neely & Meagan’s first Boob Tube Babble link-up. Here are my tv favorites this week.
Oh my goodness, I am LOVING The Voice already! I think the format of the show is really cool. I love that we get to start with good auditions instead of having to sit through weeks of bad singers. I think this show will be really popular. I’m excited to watch the rest of the season. My favorites so far:
Elenowen! They were awesome!
I missed Glee Tuesday night, but I downloaded this song. It is really great, and it really makes me want to watch the whole episode!
I was SO happy the Grey’s Anatomy was new this week! I’ve been missing it. I’m so glad that Callie & Mark’s baby is ok, at least for now. I was afraid they were going to let her die. I was definitely not wanting to have to cry!
Super glad Private Practice was back too! I’m not thrilled that they brought the crazy lady that stole Violet’s baby back. Charlotte’s ex-husband came back into the picture and freaked Cooper out a bit. Charlotte talked to him, and he admitted that he left her because he’s gay. She realized that the divorce wasn’t her fault, and it seems like she and Cooper are actually going to get married. Addison and Sam are breaking up. I love both of them, but I was not liking them together AT ALL.
What shows did you watch this week? Link up your tv talk with Neely & Meghan!

Hey y’all! My Momma and I have been working on this post for a week now, trying to find the perfect pictures for me to use. After going through all the pictures she sent me, there were quite a few that I was super embarrassed to see! Here are the ones that I’m…comfortable posting. :)
I’m going to try to go in chronological order, starting with 5th grade.
5th Grade
This was my absolute favorite birthday party! It was 50s themed, and we had so much fun!
8th Grade
8th grade New Year’s Eve was our first real party! We were so excited!
9th Grade
I was in color guard all four years of high school. Jessica was a twirler. We had such a great time!
This was our pep rally uniform
This was our hideous performance uniform! I was so glad when we got new ones. Tooooo many sequins! I wish my legs were still that small…
Jessica and I got to be on our class’s Homecoming float with our friend Terrance! It was awesome!
Color Guard/Twirling initiation. David was super happy to be taking a picture with Jess and me!
Our school’s pageant. This became “our” pose. We’ve done it for every significant event since then. Two pageants, two proms, three graduations, Jessica’s wedding, and birthday milestones.
Sophomore Year
Hanging out at the lake and practicing
50s dress-up day during Homecoming week
Halloween
I was a scarecrow and Jess was Scarlet O’Hara
