First of all – week 17 of Sunday Social?!?!?! SAY IT ISN’T SO! How is that possible?!
Second – co-anchor of the Today show – man, I dream of that NOW! Except I’d like to co-anchor the 4th hour. You know, with Kathie Lee & Hoda :)
What a fun thing to want to be when you grew up – did you play “new anchor” ever? I know I played school all the time because I wanted to be a teacher :) My brother hated playing school with me ;)
I miss having a house payment/paying rent as well. I remember thinking how cheap things were as a child and now I’m so tight with my money. Haha. I always felt like $50 lasted forever.
I always love your jump rope stories! I think it’s amazing!
my mom calls me Ladybug too!! that is where part of my blog name comes from and I have two tatoos that both incorporate them. :)
Barbies! Thanks for co-hosting this fun link-up. It was so great thinking back to childhood memories. New-follower.

Ugh, I would give my right arm to not have to pay rent. Rent-free days where the besssst!
And you were on a jump rope team? SO COOL!
When I read about your blonde moments,it reminded me of my “rat tail” that I had in middle school. You should know I’m older and this was the early 80′s when every British invasion band had someone with a rat tail. I think I need to edit my post! Happy Sunday!
Barbies!!! I owned so many of them, I even had a barbie that I called “grandma” because her head was broken. Good times!
