Oh. My. Goodness. I had such a crazy busy weekend! But before I get into that, I am super excited that my blog has hit 100 followers! Never in a million years did I imagine that anyone but my momma, Jessica, and Teddie would read this thing. I think my life is pretty uneventful, but I’m glad you guys are still reading, and I love the awesome friends I’ve made through blogging! I’d been thinking awhile back that, should my blog EVER hit 100 followers, I would do a giveaway. I decided this morning that I will definitely be doing a giveaway! I will try to get the info up either tonight or sometime tomorrow, maybe even a video blog?!
Ok, now for the weekend recap. I went home for the weekend for my high school’s Homecoming. Two of my girls were queen candidates, so I definitely had to go see them! I started the evening off with dinner with Momma and Daddy. We loooooove Mexican food! Our waiter is a friend of the family, so when we’d finished eating, he brought us these amazing strawberry sopapillas!
After dinner, we met Jessica and the boys at the game
All of the Homecoming stuff happened before the game.
Neither of my girls won, but it was still a good time!
Kelsey and me
Jacey and me
We ended up leaving during the 3rd quarter of the game. It was not going well. We were playing a super small town and were getting STOMPED! When I was in high school, we played this team the first game of every season because we were guaranteed to start the season off with a win. When we left the game, we were losing 40-0!!
Saturday, Momma and I went out looking for Halloween costume ideas. We went to Goodwill, and ended up finding some pretty interesting stuff.
Perfect Cher costume! Too bad Momma said no!
Beautiful?
I had a great time getting to spend most of the day with my Momma. We figured out Halloween costumes, and I’ll share those with you sometime soon.
Saturday night, I hung out with Jessica and our friend Kacey. Since my camera is dead, I didn’t get to take any pictures! I did steal this picture off Kacey’s facebook page. Took me a loooong time to find one that wasn’t goofy!

I just love her! We definitely hope to all get to hang out again very very soon!
Hope you all had a great weekend! Check back later tonight or tomorrow for giveaway info!
