I’m hoping that most of you have heard about the devastating flooding in Nashville. From the pictures I’ve seen, it is looking scarily like Hurricane Katrina pictures. For some reason, this is not getting much national coverage! This is unacceptable!
Beth has done a fantastic job keeping her followers updated on what is happening, but now, the rest of the country needs to know what is going on! We need to use what we have to spread the word, whether that be blogging, facebook, twitter, or anything else.
The American Red Cross has been taking donations to help flood vicitms. You can text ‘REDCROSS’ to 90999 to donate $10 toward flood relief. You can also go to their website for other ways to help.

i TOTALLY agree! they are not giving this adequate coverage at ALL!!! it looks very Katrina-ish to me too and people are playing it off like it’s not a big deal! i have friends that live there that say it’s DEVASTATING, i can only imagine :(
It is unreal that they are not getting the assistance they so desperately need!
