1. Cook on a regular basis.
Seriously, my life could use a little less of this…
And a little more of this…
I kinda enjoy cooking, and I’m not terrible at it, but making time to actually plan a meal ahead of time and then having the energy to stand over the stove is really hard, especially after working all day. I did actually plan ahead last week for two meals that could last all week, and made one of them! So, I suppose that is a start, right?
2. EXERCISE!
I was doing sooooo good for several days! I would do 30 Day Shred every other day and then Dance with Julianne on the off days. My poor muscles couldn’t take Shred every day! Then, I hurt my arm (which is a whole other post in itself), and had to take a break. That was…oh, almost a month ago!
I’m going to slowly start working both of these things into my daily life. What things do you want to accomplish by the end of the year? Link up with Taylor!

I need to get better about planning meals too. We do way to much quick and easy stuff(eg. frozen, from a box). I need variety or I’m going to end up eating out way to often. Planning meals ahead of time is the way to go. If I did that, I’m sure I would eat a lot better.
Jillian is my enemy. So I have to give major props to anyone that can do the Shred more than 3 times. Because that’s as far as I got with it. :)
I need to cook more at home too. I did last night and was so proud of myself!
I could seriously get back to doing more of both your goals as well. And Jillian’s Shred is a must. I picked up a custom-ordered bridesmaids gown today for a wedding in October. And it’s pretty tight.
LOVE your pics girl! Exercise is on the top of my list too :(
i am definitely with you on these two! my parents always do the cooking here at home, and i think i should devote one night or two a week to cook for everyone. and i gotta exercise more, definitely! :D

great picks! I need to do more of both of those too!
I Shred every other day. Every day was too much for me too!
