Hey y’all!
 
It’s time for another week of The Sunday Social! Thank y’all so much for making this such a success! Neely and I really appreciate it. We may not get to comment on everyone’s posts, but we try to read all of them!
 
Now, time for our music-themed questions!
 
1. What is your all-time favorite song?
My favorite is “The Dance” by Garth Brooks. It has been a favorite of mine for YEARS! It is so beautiful, and it has such powerful lyrics.
 
Who is your favorite singer/band?
Garth Brooks is my absolute favorite, but I also love Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Little Big Town, and *NSYNC :)

3. What is your theme song/song that best describes your life?
This one changes depending on what’s going on in my life. One song that I always come back to, no matter what is going on in my life, is Lee Ann Womack’s “I Hope You Dance”. My best friend Jessica and I have always said that’s our song for each other.
4. What songs put you in a good mood?
A few of my favorites are Carrie Underwood’s “Before He Cheats”, Miranda Lambert’s “Gunpowder and Lead”, and Taylor Swift’s “Better Than Revenge”. I also have some fond memories of Salt-N-Pepa’s “Push It”, and Fergie’s “Fergalicious” :)
5. What is your favorite roadtrip music?
I loooove making mix CDs, so I like to make a new one every time I go on a trip. It will always have some of my favorite songs of the moment. The one in my car right now is a mix of Carrie Underwood, Bruno Mars, Jana Kramer, Stars Go Dim, Chris Mann, Thompson Square, and a few others.
6. What song are you embarrassed to admit you love?
Oh dear, there could be a list here. As much as I hate to admit this, I know every single word to “Tik Tok” by Ke$ha. No joke. When it comes to music, I am most definitely a country girl, but there’s just something about that song…
Another one I’m kinda sorta…ok maybe liking a lot is “Want U Back” by Cher Lloyd.

    Stopping by from the Sunday Social! Ke$ha…I hate to admit it but I did do a little friday the 13th spoof to one of her songs. I’m still embarrassed by it, but at least no one can see my face in it lol Great song choices!

    Lol oh n’sync I remember when I had a huge crush on Lance then realized he was gay! Ugh sad. But I love that Le Ann song too. It was my 8th grade grad song!

    Btw I just saw that video to Cher Lloyd and she’s adorable looking but I’m not a fan of her song. Lol

    I am going to start planning on SummerFest Road Trip Mix, and I am loving Jana Kramer lately… she is going on there for sure! And she is a local girl, so I am even more in love :)
