First I am so pleased that a chance was taken to open a home to children who needed it. A lot of people are too scared to work with abused/neglected children even though they so desperately need the help.

Second, it takes so much courage to not only support the children but to support their parents as well. We often let our own values prevent us from working with parents who are struggling.

Thank you so much for sharing the story. I love it when the systems works. It is stories like this one that have kept me inspired to work in this field for the past 21 years!
