Though, I do recall one Easter when Daddy took me outside and planted peanut M&M’s. When Easter Morning came, there were Easter Eggs right where we planted the M&M’s!

For years after I was convinced that M&M’s grew into Easter Eggs!!

I think I still have my Easter basket someplace. Either my Grandmother or my momma made them.

What a funny strategy he had! We always had lunch and then the fun egg hunts but we never got a special Easter basket or anything. That’s something I liked doing with our foster kids and want to keep doing with whatever kiddos we may have. And I love what your parents did… I might have to hide eggs around the house one day. That would be funny to watch. :)
